Our Career: Our Preferences


We look for the following Qualities in Our Interns & Analysts

  • Analytical Aptitude We do not adhere to strict application criterion, but applicants are generally recent graduates or currently enrolled in a master’s program with a minimum 2.2 GPA. Prior work experience in foreign social research, due diligence, risk management, research, market Intelligence, investigation, market research, GIS, network link analysis, programming, statistics, or finance is strongly preferred.

 

  • Critical Languages Foreign language fluency & overseas experience are highly valued & regularly incorporated into analysis. We currently prioritize: Arabic, Mandarin, French, Portuguese, Swahili, any African Languages, Spanish, etc. 

 

  • Innovative Thinking We look for innovative thinkers who can apply new methodologies to complex global risk, due diligence, & security challenges. We value individuals who have demonstrated critical thinking in their past work, as well as flexibility in learning from past mistakes & adapting to new challenges.

 

  • Self-motivation We succeed when employees are inherently motivated to create real impact through their work. We look for self-starters who can work both independently & as part of a team, with minimal guidance.
